Wonderful Marcella

Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! Today I have a very "flaming" card for you with a gorgeous Stamping Bella Uptown Girls Stamp - Marcella Masquerade, oh she is so classy! I imagined her with very vivid colours and here is the result...

I stamped Marcella Masquerade onto watercolour paper and did the background in watercolours. I then coloured her in pencil and stamped a Some Odd Girl sentiment (from the Thank You Mae set). With white and gold Colorbox ink, I stamped around the image using texture stamps for a nice finishing touch.

There are lots of other gorgeous Uptown Girls available from the store, you can see them all HERE
Thank you very much for your visit, have a lovely Sunday! Hugs,

Stamping Bella Seniorita Gladys the SuperHero

Today's card features another of the latest Stamping Bella release stamps. These are still available to pre-order over at Quixotic Paperie, and will hopefully be arriving in stock soon.

Meet Seniorita Gladys the SuperHero, from the Christine Grove collection. I had the most fun colouring her up, chuckling to myself.

I stamped Gladys and her matching sentiment on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic markers.

For my background layers, I popped a couple of pieces of Core’dinations cardstock through a Tim Holtz embossing folder, and sanded the raised areas to reveal the lighter core. I covered the join between the two pieces on my card-front with a piece of white ribbon coloured using a Copic marker to match my image.

I hope you've enjoyed checking out my card today, thank you for stopping by!

Stamping Bella Senior-Ita Wanda says MWAH!

Today I'd like to share a card I created using an older Stamping Bella release.

This is Wanda, one of the fabulous Senior-ita stamps illustrated by Christine Grove.  LOVE her!

Wanda comes with coordinating sentiments, but I recently re-discovered this cute alphabet die set at the bottom of a drawer and couldn’t resist using it!

I stamped Wanda on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Touch Twin markers.

The alphabet die set I used is an old Quickutz set – Moxie Alphabet. I adhered the letters to my Distress Ink background before covering them with gold glitter pen and then Glossy Accents. I finished the card off with some gold sequins.

Uptown Girl Maybelline Loves Mail

Hi folks! It's Elaine again with another card to share featuring one of the new Stamping Bella stamps. :)

The new release from Stamping Bella is currently available to pre-order and is expected in stock at Quixotic Paperie around 10th March (this date may change). The release is already proving popular, so if you would like to ensure you get the stamps as soon as they arrive in the UK, get your pre-order in now!

Today I'd like you to meet another of the new Uptown Girls - Maybelline. Such a pretty little scene, and even with all the detail it is pretty easy to colour.

All of the Uptown Girls come with the matching sentiment you see them pictured with. Of course, you can use them on their own, with die cut wording or another stamp depending on your preferences, but they do come with gorgeous sentiment stamps.

I stamped Maybelline and her matching sentiment on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic markers.

I'll be back on Friday to share another card! Thanks for dropping by. :)

Meet one of the new Uptown Girls - Paisley.  Isn't she adorable with that gift hidden behind her back? Love her stripy top too - I have a thing for stripy tops myself!

I stamped my image onto Make it Colour blending card and coloured it up with copic markers. I cut her out in a circle using Nestabilites, and mounted it onto a scalloped circle. I used various dies and an embossing folder to add loads of extra detail and texture to the card.

Coffee and Friends

Hi! It's Sandie here today and I have a card to share which features Clarissa and Camille Share a Cafe, one of the fabulous Uptown Girls stamps from Stamping Bella.

The stamp comes with an awesome sentiment "Coffee and Friends, a perfect blend".

I stamped my image onto Make it Colour Blending card with memento black ink and coloured it up with copic markers. I applied glossy accents to the 'bubbles' on the coffee cup, for added texture, but I can't pic it up with the camera :(

The papers I've used are from both the Fact and Fiction collections by Basic Grey. To embellish I added some flowers, pearls, chipboard shapes, a Prima button flossed with twine, and some ribbon.

Fun with the Stamping Bella Christine Grove Collection!

Hi folks, Elaine here!  It has been a while since I posted over here, apologies for that, but I'll be popping up more often from now on.

You may have heard about the latest releases from Stamping Bella.  These are ALL available to order over on the website now.  The new release is actually in stock now - it arrived on Saturday and pre-orders have been dispatched. I'm still waiting for the second part of my delivery, which includes the restocks of older Uptown Girls designs, but hopefully that will arrive soon!

This new release includes some fantastic new images that all come with a coordinating sentiment: the Christine Grove collection.  You really must check these out, they are H.I.L.A.R.I.O.U.S. ;-)

Here's a look at what I've done with them so far:

Mimi the Chick Misses You
Tallulah in her Tutu

Parker the SuperPiggy
Brilliant, aren't they?  I can think of lots of occasions to use them for, and they are sure to put a smile on the recipient's face!

Vespa babe!

Happy weekend everyone!  Mary J here with my weekly DT make to show you some more of my faves from the Quixotic Paperie store!  Today I have a card (no surprise, there then!) using Stamping Bella's Uptown Girls Vienna on her Vespa...

I just wish I had super long legs like this super cool gal!  I matched her up with papers from the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline: Dolled Up pad and of course I had to use some more of the lovely My Favorite Things Die-Namics.  This time I used the Simply Scallops MEDIUM die, Dainty Dots Border die and the sentiment (which comes with the stamp) is stamped on one of the Designer Labels 4 STAX.

Well I gotta go now - enjoy the rest of your weekend and I will see you soon!
