A Spring Scene with Ellie


Hello everyone! I'm back to share a card featuring two of my favourite brands - Make It Crafty and Tiddly Inks! I love making scenes combining their stamps - here is my latest, coloured with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card!


This adorable little girl is Ellie - from the Ellie Says Hi clear stamp set (which I have also used for the sentiment) and the two background stamps are new stamps by Make It Crafty - Spring Fence and Spring Branch. These stamps are available individually or as part of a great set - the Spring Garden Collection Set.

Skating By to Say Hi!

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today with a scene combining Tiddly Inks and Make It Crafty winter stamps...


For this scene, I have used the adorable Tiddly Inks Skating By set and stamps from a collection by Make It Crafty I absolutely love - Winter Backgrounds! The stamps are also available individually - the ones I used are Winter Fence and Pine Trees (small Pine Tree used twice and Large Pine Tree once). My scene is coloured with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card.

Too Cute To Spook...

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today with some Halloween Inspiration and a super cute stamp I have been dying to colour for a long time... Too Cute To Spook by Tiddly Inks! 

Extra simple! I only used the Too Cute To Spook clear stamp set for this card - the adorable Wryn, the spider and the sentiment! I coloured everything in watercolour and Copics and mounted the image on plain cardstock. This is one of my favourite Tiddly Inks stamps but there are lots of other super cute sets in the store, you can see them all HERE!

Snowbuddy loves you like I do

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today - have you seen all the new stamps coming to the store this week - Tiddly Inks and Make It Crafty? To celebrate, I thought I would make a little Tiddly Inks/ Make It Crafty scene, and went for a Christmas card.


For this scene, I used 3 stamps - Winter Wishes Wryn by Tiddly Inks, Winter Fence and Pine Trees by Make It Crafty. The Fence and Trees are sold individually and are also part of a must-have collection set called Winter Backgrounds including all the elements you need to make beautiful winter scenes. I coloured my scene with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card and added a sentiment from the Winter Wishes Wryn set. The two snowflakes are Make It Crafty Snowflakes Chipboard, covered in gold and silver paint. Don't forget to order the chipboard you want quickly, because once they're gone, they're gone!

Stylish Friend...

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today to share a card featuring a little scene with a very stylish lady from Tiddly Inks simply combined to a Make It Crafty background. 

This gorgeous lady is from the Tiddly Inks Stylish Friends set and the background is Make It Crafty Rose Garden. They are coloured in Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card and the sentiment I added is from the Tiddly Inks Fairy Happy Day set. I kept the layout very simple as always with just a stripe of paper to "bring out" the image.

Happy Birthday and SALE!

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today with a little birthday card using the adorable Wryn - August is a busy month for me with LOTS of birthdays, so I'd better be ready!


I used the Tiddly Inks Happy Day clear stamp set for this card. I stamped Wryn on Make It Colour Blending Card, and stamped a little present too. I coloured with my Copics, then cut out my images. The red heart was made with a Greeting Farm die from the Film & Polaroid die set, and the sentiment is from the Tiddly Inks Happy Day set.

A Tiddly Inks Scene

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here with a Tiddly Inks scene I made, combining different stamps. Can you tell I love my clear stamp sets;)? I thought I would combine media too, with a bit of watercolouring and Copic colouring... Here is the result!

The row of houses is from the Harmony At Home set. I stamped them twice (to have a row the size I wanted) on watercolour paper using Sepia Archival Ink and coloured them with Aquatone. The adorable Wryn is the one you can find in the Happy Mail set. I think she is perfect for any card! She was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Make It Colour Blending Card. I coloured her with Copics then cut her out and put her on foam squares. The heart is from the Harmony At Home set too, watercoloured with Aquatone, cut out and put on foam squares. I then added two little pearls at the top and that was it!

Fairy Happy Day with Tiddly Inks!

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here with some Tiddly Inks inspiration - I just love these stamps, love colouring them so much! For today, I have chosen one the gorgeous new fairies, Fairy Happy Day!

I stamped Fairy Happy Day on watercolour paper to colour her with different sorts of pencils, both watercolour and dry. I used Neocolor II and Aquatone with water mostly for the background, and Polychromos and Luminance pencils for the fairy and details. The flower is from another Tiddly Inks clear stamp set - Harmony At Home. I watercoloured it to match the flowers in my image, cut it out and put it on foam.

With Joyful Gratitude

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today with a Tiddly Inks card to share. I used a set... just a set and nothing else. That's one of the things I love about these sets, they have everything you need to use them by themselves if you like - character, accessories, sentiment! 


The set I used is Celebrate Joyfully. I had in mind to make a bright scene and colour a background, using different media, so I stamped Emma and the flowers on a Mixed Media paper. I coloured my sky and grass using a combination of Neocolor II and Aquatone pencils which I both love for their intense colours and did some watercolouring. Then I used my Polychromos to colour Emma, the flowers and details, and I added some acrylic paint to the grass.

Fairy Tenderhearted

Hello everyone! Delphine here to share a card featuring of the four new adorable stamps by Tiddly Inks - Fairy Tenderhearted...


My Fairy is coloured with Copics on Make It Colour Blending card. The sentiment is from the same Fairy Tenderhearted set and there are several others included and accessories too. I added a punched border I made with a Fiskars punch, a piece of ribbon and some pearls. Oh and of course I put a lot of stickles on my Fairy's wings!

Happy Mail!

Hello everybody! It's Delphine here to share my Happy Mail - well Happy Mail being an adorable Tiddly Inks set;)!


The adorable Wryn, the letterbox and the sentiment are included in the Happy Mail set - I love those sets, they really have everything you need! I coloured my image using Distress Markers, punched a border with a Martha Stewart punch, added 2 Make It Crafty chipboard Delicate Corners covered in Liquid Pearls and a little pearl.

Beach Babe... Summer's here!

Hello everybody! It's Delphine here today to try and bring you some sunshine for this long weekend! Because we have just moved to summer time, I have decided to skip spring and make a summer scene with one of the beautiful Tiddly Inks clear stamp sets, Beach Babe, and a Make It Crafty background - The Beach of course!


I stamped my Beach Babe on Make It Colour Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, added the crab and bucket, masked them and stamped my Make It Crafty Beach background. The sentiment comes from the Tiddly Inks set (as well as the crab). I coloured my scene with Copics, added a Make It Crafty Corner and a few gems.

Sunday Magic with Tiddly Inks

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here for some Sunday inspiration and a bit of magic... As you know, Quixotic Paperie now stocks the adorable Tiddly Inks clear stamps and my card today features one of them...

This gorgeous Fairy is from the Everyday Magic set, which includes 2 sentiments and a group of three stars which I have stamped all around my image. I coloured it using a combination of pencils (Caran d'Ache Neocolor II and Faber-Castell Polychromos).


I love that all the Tiddly Inks sets come with sentiments and accessory stamps - you don't need to add anything else, how perfect:)!

Home Sweet Home


Morning my crafty friends. Today I want to share with you something that I was completely inspired by yesterday. And I can happily share it with you for my Quixotic Paperie DT day!

I have had this house stamp from Christy Croll for ages and have just been waiting to be inspired to use it! I was browsing through the mega talented Linda Heaven's blog and she had created a fantastic card with it for a class she was doing. I was so totally in love with it!  I was going to link you to it, but her post has disappeared :(( So thank you Linda for the wonderful inspiration. If I ever get the chance to link to her card I will because the credit for this idea goes to her.


 I used a canvas board that I got from Simply Create. I then painted the sky with blue acrylic paints and the ground with green. Whilst that was drying I stamped the Christy Croll house several times and inked with Distress Inks: Fired Brick, Frayed Burlap and Wild honey. I cut out the pieces I needed and stuck onto the canvas board. The clouds are die cuts and the sentiment is computer generated.. To create the mottled grass effect I used tissue paper scrunched up and inked it up and then dabbed it randomly to create some texture. Then there is some random stamping around the edges with different background stamps.

Alice

Good morning! Hope your week is off to a good start! Popped along to show you a make made with the gorgeous new Stamping Bella-Christy Croll image Alice (just been re-stocked too!). I really love her style of images so just had to have a play with this one! She has been coloured with copics.

I decided instead of going down the traditional route of turning her into quite a girly Alice I'd go a bit dark;) so out came the Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland papers (LOVE these!). I cut up the playing cards to make them into an embellishment which are the Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland pack.

Missing Gorjuss Girl Now Found! Plus More Goodies!


We were missing just one little Gorjuss Girl.  Until yesterday that is!  Gorjuss Girl Ruby is now in stock at Quixotic Paperie!  So, we now have a full house - all the Gorjuss Stamps in cling-mounted rubber and A6 clear sets.  Hooray!

The very popular and utterly delicious Graphic 45 Once Upon a Springtime 8x8 pad is now back in stock.  And of course, we have the latest Marianne Designs Creatables Dies AND the latest Marianne Designs A5 paper pads.
