Getting Spooky In Morticia's Gruesome Laboratory

Hey everyone, Zombie Kim Dellow here to give you a guided tour of Morticia's Gruesome Laboratory, please don't touch any of the bottles in the lab, you have no idea where they have been or what is inside them.

Please take your time to look around Morticia's Lab but if you should hear the terrifying klaxon, which is the wailing sound of many screaming voices, then you should know that your time on this planet has been numbered and there is no escape.

Enjoy your tour!

When Morticia isn't in her lab brewing and stewing she can be found hanging out with her monster pals in the Make It Crafty Mini MonstaGalz stamp set.

Her lab assistant Frankenstein, or Frankie to his friends, shoots pool with his monster gang on his days off over in the Make It Crafty MonstaBoyz set.

He doesn't really have a speech impediment, he just likes living up to people's expectation of an evil laboratory assistant, it was in the job description after all.

They kitted out their evil lab at very competitive rates from Zombie Kim Dellow Laboratory Equipment Supplies Ltd and their wallpaper was from the Echo Park Apothecary Collection with the extra Halloween greeting from the Artistic Outpost Haunted Halloween set.

That about wraps up our tour, thanks for coming and if you have any questions, now is the time to keep them to yourself. You will find the gift shop Quixotic Paperie's Scary Halloween section on your way out and don't forget to leave your mark in the visitors' book for a chance to win some yummy stuff.

Have a safe trip home!

Uh oh! I think I hear some wailing - you might want to run to the gift shop...

Perhaps it would be best not to...Mwah hahaha! (evil, spooky laugh)

Here is as close as you should get to a haunted house with the stamp from the Artistic Outpost Haunted Halloween Stamp set available from Quixotic Paperie.

Meet Lord Skeleton...

Hey people it is Kim Dellow here and I'm going all Halloweeny at the moment! You don't need to look away as there are no spiders on this one but there is a gentleman Skeleton! He is from the Artistic Outpost Haunted Halloween stamp set and when I first saw him I knew that I had to have him!

I've matched him with the fabulous Echo Park Apothecary papers and some chaotic stitchery.

If you look carefully you might see that the sentiment, also from the Artistic Outpost Haunted Halloween stamp set, is in fact hanging from a thread and is free to swing eerily around the front of the card.

When you pick up your Artistic Outpost stamps don't forget to get some EZ Mount as well.

Have a super scary Saturday.

Ghosts Of Times Past

It is Saturday and that means it is my day on the Quixotic Paperie blog and I have another arty ATC for you all today.

I've used Artistic Outpost stamp sets Bird Of A Feather and Windows And Doors, you guys know how much I love these stamps!

I used Ranger Archival ink Coffee to stamp the girls and the sentiment and Archival Coffee and Sepia to add distress to the make.

Don't forget to stock on the EZ mount for your Artistic Outpost stamps!

Right I have to run but I hope you have fun browsing all the new things in the shop this week.

Watching YOU!

Do you have that feeling like someone is watching you? Well they are! LOL!

This little sample, it is just a smidge bigger than an ATC so I can't quite call it an ATC, uses the stamps from the Artistic Outpost range. It uses both the Steampunk Set and the London Underground Set. Two of my favourites!

The background was stamped over rusted fabric with Archival Coffee ink pad.

Quick he has just looked away...

You can sneak off now!

BUT before you do don't forget to check out the Design Team Call and the Sale!

No Matter How Small!

Good Morning Kim here today,
I am so pleased with how this turned out it must have been one of the quickest cards to make and loving all the colours from these Crate papers. A person's a person, no matter how small. Just love it!!! The Pink Paislee - Artisan Elements - Swirls I have coloured using Tim Holtz Distress Stain - Weathered Wood, I blasted it with my heat gun and it dried on very nicely!

The faux Stitching was created using the WRMK sew easy and a black fine liner for the stitches. Now I'm admiring the new sew easy heads available.... yum and check out the

Keep Calm And Carry On!

Have you spotted the new Artistic Outpost kits in at Quixotic Paperie? Lurve!

Both are London themed so I am a bit biased in their favour as I am a Londoner! But I can't be the only fan as no sooner had the London Underground and Loverly London sets hit the shop then the London Underground set had sold out!

But never fear Elaine has some new stock on the way.

Here is an ATC I've made using London Underground.
