Believe in magic...

Hello everyone! Today's post is about a garden with a bit of magic in it, some Copics and acrylic paint!

This cutie is from the new The Greeting Farm Magical Beans Kit. I LOVE this kit!! All the Beans are so cute, and there are TEN of them! I stamped this one in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Make It Colour Blending Card, coloured her in Copics and cut her out. The background was made using acrylic paint on watercolour paper. The flowers are from the Tiddly Inks Harmony At Home Set, I stamped them on a piece of watercolour paper, coloured them in acrylics too and glued them to my background. The branches were made with a stencil. And for a nice finishing touch, I added 2 Make It Crafty Mini Dragonflies and a Mini Butterfly chipboard too.

Let's Be Friends...

Hello everyone! Did you know there are some adorable SCACD stamps by Sylvia Zet? And they are hard to resist!!! I have chosen Loli & Shellie for my inspiration post today :)

I stamped Loli & Shellie on a piece of kraft and coloured them using my Polychromos. Please note, this stamp is available as a single stamp, or as part of the collection set Adventures of Loli & Friends. I added a little butterfly, from the Some Odd Girl Flutter By Fairy set and a Make It Crafty Mini Dragonfly Chipboard - both are coloured in Polychromos too. The sentiment is from the Tiddly Inks Chloe and Her Friends set.

Magic Is Within Reach...

Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! I'm back with a bit of magic with one of the gorgeous fairies by Some Odd Girls, a bit of Copic colouring and watercolouring!

I stamped Some Odd Girl Flutter By Fairy with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured her with my Copics. I then took a piece of watercolour paper and made a simple background in big brushstrokes with four different watercolours. On a piece of vellum, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Flutter By Fairy set and embossed it in ivory. I cut out my fairy and put her on foam squares on my watercolour panel. At last, I added a Make It Crafty Dragonfly from the Mini Dragonflies Chipboard set, which I painted using acrylic paints.

All Roads Lead Home at Christmas

Hello everyone! December is here... So are you ready for Christmas? Well, if you are like me, you are still frantically making Christmas cards... I have another one to share today, featuring Make It Crafty and Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps (which are 30% off!) this time.

For the background, I used two stamps from the Make It Crafty Winter Backgrounds collection (available as a set or individually) - Little Village and Winter Fence - very convenient since you don't even need to mask them to make your scene. I stamped Joy by Kraftin' Kimmie on Make It Colour Blending Card as well, cut her out and put her on foam squares. I coloured everything with my Copics and added the sentiment which comes with Joy. In the corner, I added a Make It Crafty Chipboard - a Delicate Snowflake, coloured with Copics and glittered.

Snowbuddy loves you like I do

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today - have you seen all the new stamps coming to the store this week - Tiddly Inks and Make It Crafty? To celebrate, I thought I would make a little Tiddly Inks/ Make It Crafty scene, and went for a Christmas card.

For this scene, I used 3 stamps - Winter Wishes Wryn by Tiddly Inks, Winter Fence and Pine Trees by Make It Crafty. The Fence and Trees are sold individually and are also part of a must-have collection set called Winter Backgrounds including all the elements you need to make beautiful winter scenes. I coloured my scene with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card and added a sentiment from the Winter Wishes Wryn set. The two snowflakes are Make It Crafty Snowflakes Chipboard, covered in gold and silver paint. Don't forget to order the chipboard you want quickly, because once they're gone, they're gone!

Happy Mail!

Hello everybody! It's Delphine here to share my Happy Mail - well Happy Mail being an adorable Tiddly Inks set;)!

The adorable Wryn, the letterbox and the sentiment are included in the Happy Mail set - I love those sets, they really have everything you need! I coloured my image using Distress Markers, punched a border with a Martha Stewart punch, added 2 Make It Crafty chipboard Delicate Corners covered in Liquid Pearls and a little pearl.

Key To My Heart

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today to share a card featuring one of the new SCACD stamps by Elisabeth Bell from the Fairy Dust Collection - Key To My Heart!

I stamped Key To My Heart on Make It Colour Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured my image with Copics, then cut out my fairy, put her on 3D foam squares and added Stickles to her wings.  The heart chipboard comes from the Make It Crafty Love Heart Swirls set and I added gold stickles to it. Here is a close up:)

Hello all! It's Delphine here today to share a card featuring one of the adorable Greeting Farm Limited Edition Stamps you don't want to miss - Queen Bean!

I stamped Queen Bean on Make It Colour Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and coloured her with Copics. The DP is by Toga and I stamped a CC Designs sentiment on it. For a nice touch, I added a Make It Crafty Delicate Corner coloured with my C9 Copic.

New rubber stamps alert!

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here to share a card I made with one of the gorgeous 60s Fashion Girls by Make It Crafty, now available as rubber :)!!! I love them all and had a hard time making up my mind to know which one to use, but I picked Melody, eventually!

Melody is coloured with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card and the sentiment I used is from the Make It Crafty Happy Days Tab Sentiments. I did some handstitching around my DP and added a Make Crafty Chipboard Corner and a little gem.

Sweet Liliana

Hello all! It's Delphine here - I'm back with a spring card featuring a stamp I have been dying to use, a gorgeous Saturated Canary girl!

She is called Liliana and I thought she would look nice, sitting in the grass, thinking :)... I coloured her with my Polychromos pencils, used Bo Bunny DPs and added two Make It Crafty Floral Corners, which I coloured in Copic and embellished with a little pearl.

Girls' Secret Swing

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here and today I am sharing a card featuring some Make It Crafty products I love - one of my favourite stamps and some chipboard perfect for spring:)!

I used the adorable Girls' Secret Swing combined to Peaches Of Plenty, coloured with Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card as always when colouring with my markers. Then I added a little butterfly from the Mini Butterflies Chipboard Set and a dragonfly from the Mini Dragonflies Set. I like their small size, but you can also find bigger ones if you prefer in the Dragonflies and Delicate Butterflies or Nature's Butterflies sets. I coloured my chipboard in Copics and added Stickles for a bit of sparkle.

Cherry Blossom

Hello all! It's Delphine here with you today! Have you seen all the new gorgeous Saturated Canary stamps that are available for pre-order? And to celebrate, ALL Saturated Canary stamps are 10% off! I couldn't resist myself and I have made a card using a stamp I love, Cherry Blossom!

I coloured Cherry Blossom in pencil, using a combination of Polychromos and Pablos. My DPs are from my "French stash" and were my inspiration to colour my image. I added four Make It Crafty Ornate Corners Chipboard and the border is from the Filigree Borders Set. I coloured all my chipboard with a black Copic.

Hello all! It's Sunday, so Delphine here! Today I would like to share a card featuring an adorable character from The Greeting Farm - Amelia!

Amelia is from the Oliver and Amelia set called Lovey Dovey. I stamped her on kraft and coloured her with my Polychromos. The DPs are from my stash and I added a Make It Crafty Heart chipboard from the Love Heart Swirls chipboard set in lieu of a sentiment, I hope it says it all!

Hello all! It's Sunday, so Delphine here today with a little Christmas card using one of the adorable Sylvia Zet stamps by Whimsy Stamps available from Quixotic Paperie...

This super cute image is called Holly. I stamped her on Make It Colour Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured her with Copics. To match my DPs, I added two Make It Crafty Six Point Snowflakes Chipboard that I layered. I painted the largest snowflake in white acrylic paint and the other one with a blue Copic, then I used Stickles on both and a gem for a bit of sparkle. I love these snowflakes!

Choccie holder!

It's Mary J here with another make using more fabulous goodies from the fab Quixotic Paperie store!  So for my DT make today, I have made a Christmas decoration that I am going to store my all time favourite Lindt chocolates in...

I used the new Make It Crafty Santa Sleigh 3D Kit lasercut chipboard.  I trimmed up one of the Christmas Borders lasercut chipboard and glued some Delicate Snowflakes onto the reindeer.  I had so much fun making this!  First I prepped the chipboard by painting it with Gesso then I inked up the edges with some Brilliance blue ink and then added loads (and I mean loads!) of Stickles Icicles glue.  You can just about see in the photos that I also stuck on some snow white Flowersoft along the bottom.

Now I've got to hide the choccies before I eat them all before Christmas!

Christmas Trees CAN be blue

Hello all! It's Delphine here for the last day of our Festive Christmas week! Have you all entered the Giveaway? If not, you have until 30th November to do so, all the details can be found here! For today, I made a card featuring a super cute Some Odd Girl stamp and some Make It Crafty chipboard perfect for the season...

And yes, of course, Christmas trees can be blue, why not ;)! First I stamped Ornament Tia on Make It Colour Blending Card in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured her with my Copics. I stamped the inside of the bauble with a motive that is part from the Ornament Tia set and my sentiment comes from the set too. And that gorgeous tree is by Make It Crafty from the Wonky Christmas Trees Chipboard set. I used the biggest tree - 6 parts that can be layered. I used acrylic paint to colour it and give it some texture - I actually painted it green first, but changed my mind and went for blue in the end :)! And at the top, I put a Delicate Snowflake Chipboard, covered in Stickles.

A Christmas Elf Banner

Hi everyone!! It's Sandie here with a sweet banner I made for FESTIVE THEMED WEEK here on the Quixotic Paperie blog!! 

My banner features the Christmas Elves Collection from Make it Crafty. I've used Make it Colour Blending card and copic markers for my images.

I  hand cut the ribbon pennants. My patterned paper is from Echo Park and I've stitched them down onto the base. Then I layered on some white doilies, lace and baker's twine before adhering the images with 3D foam dots. I then tied the pennants together with deep red ribbon, and I tied little bells in between them. 

I also added some Make it Crafty lasercut chipboard from the Holly Decorations set which I've coloured with pencils and added some glossy accents to.

Merry Christmas Wishes

Hello everyone! Delphine here with a Merry Christmas Wishes card, using stamps by The Greeting Farm including the adorable Holiday Anya Two!

Holiday Anya Two comes with the two little snowflakes and the sentiment and banner are from a clear stamp set also by the Greeting Farm called Sparkling Season. There are several TGF clear stamp sets available in the store which can be used on their own of course and are just perfect for lovely QUICK CAS cards!

I stamped everything on Make It Colour Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured with Copics. I added a Six Point Snowflake Lasercut Chipboard by Make It Crafty to echo Anya's snowflakes and added little golden pearls to them.
