Customer Spotlight - Debbie Dolphin

A little while ago I stumbled across a stunning card on Debbie Dolphin's blog...well, I stumbled across quite a few stunning cards over there, but this one stood out because it features one of my favourite Elisabeth Bell stamps!

Debbie used the gorgeous Elisabeth Bell for SCACD Stamps - Cherry Blossom. 

Love Debbie's style, and she showcased this image beautifully.
